We had a cozy evening in the Extrablatt. We had our lovely dog ​​with us, which was no problem at all. Despite the full shop, we got a nice seat. Our dog was immediately pampered with a large bowl of water. We had two cocktails ? which were very well made. As a meal we had a little something that was good. The staff was very friendly and competent. We'll be back on our next visit.

Our table, which we had reserved (and called twice), was forgotten; 1 dish and 1 drink were wrong, 1 dish was cold and one dish was not cooked through .. I think it was just a bad day, but not that great

We wanted to reserve a table, but were refused entry. I hope that other people with health problems will not be so discriminated against and that they will get access. Statement despite a doctor's certificate would impose a penalty (this is complete nonsense, however, since I've been to many extra sheets and I was always kindly allowed in). One star, however, goes to the friendly wait staff who tried everything to get us a seat and was even told to the management: "The young woman is breastfeeding, we can't sit outside".

The food is very tasty here. The employees are quick and on the ball. They ask in a friendly manner, here you feel comfortable as a guest. The location is very central in the middle of Winterberg.

Very quick and friendly service. The salad I ordered was just drowned in salad dressing and didn't look particularly fresh. Personally, I would only come back for cocktails, because they were very good.

Nothing to complain so far. The ambience is nice and cozy, there are many waiters so the service is very quick. The food's prices are really affordable, the deinks are a bit more expensive. However, everything is tasty and fresh. In addition, everything is clean and the hygiene-concept is good. My recommendation: Make a reservation for a table, it's oftentimes quite full.

Really tastefull hamburgers. If you want to eat something, then I recommend you to eat here. It's really not expensive.

Cheesecake and coffee were great. However, cleaning needs attention. Lots of tables had dishes waiting to be brought to the kitchen. Our table was not cleaned, crumbles all over the floor. Toilets were not clean and only had the ability to dry your hands with the corona-spreading air-blower.

We have been there a few times now, the food is great, but something is often forgotten (if you order to pick it up, then the fries or bread are missing ...) The service is ok, some employees are super friendly, others unfortunately a bit rude, especially when it comes to the menus.

Very friendly and fast service, you can tell that the staff is well trained. Quality and price performance ratio everything was great. Everything barrier-free because everything is only on one floor, well renovated and very stylish furnishings. Already knew the Dortmund branch. I would love to come back, will be my favorite location in the future.
